Bummer. very excited to start fresh. I have NO CLUE how to add or use the food journel. Is it hard to get the hang of it? Where do I go to get help. Thanks!

welcome. To add food to your calendar, go to "Food" on the right sidebar. Then, select the "+ Add item" option below "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack" and search for each item you had. When the options appear, select the one that fits your meal (mark the checkbox) and the quantity. Search for all the items of your meal. Then click on the "Add item" blue button. And done!

You may also consider using their app "Calorie Counter" it's very easy to use and uses your smartphone's camera to scan barcodes of products tippy tap. The two work with each other with a click of the "Sync", and you're on your way.

it is good.. has values for all brands... just remember if you do not eat a whole serving... use .50 for half or .25 a quarter of a serving..... that took the longest for me to figure out :)

Yes, the app is great for keeping track of your food intake, especially the ability to scan barcodes on food packages. It's helped my a lot! Good luck!
