by having such a big calorie defecit you've put your body into starvation mode. Your bodys' design is going to fight against you so you might as well work with it. Give it the fuel it needs for the normal day to day processess and ensure you have a small (500 - 1000) calorie defecit to what your burning. what your doing right now wont work in the long run your actually doing more harm than good
