Well, I haven't been here since May, 2013 and YES I gained 16 lbs since. I STRONGLY recommend a visit to the Doctor for a physical, it turns out I have problems with my Thyroid which was making me gain a lot of weight and develop Anemia. Doctors found nodules on my thyroid, did a Biopsy, and tomorrow they will let me know if they are benign or cancerous...I know God is in control of my health. People, gaining weight is more serious than having to diet to look good, you MUST see a Doctor to find out why is it that you're gaining weight. Good thing is I'm back on track as of Feb, 2014 and so far I've lost 8 pounds! :) I plan to keep it up and loose even more and following up on my treatment.
