Mid way through Week 6 of this insane routine,...man I feel great. My clothes are still fitting better, Shaun T is a BEAST!!
I and my daughter are pushing hard; the two workouts (insanity and taekwondo) are taxing my old repaired knees....I HATE A WHINER!!!
I have got to adjust my sleeping habits; I NEED more rest...5 hours is not enough.
I haven’t changed my eating (and I should), seems like I'm hungry all the time, I try to drown those hunger pangs but they're getting to be better swimmers...
Getting stronger and better...I have no choice...quitting is NOT an option...it’s a matter of will's...and I will succeed....
