For the month of January I averaged 1263kcal/day for the month. I see a lot of variation from day to day as far as eating a bunh of calories and then going really low on calories. My goal it so be more accurate with my documentation so that I can get the best data in order to make changes to my diet. I do have to say I feel a bit more empowered to make good decisions most of the time. I've even said no to Popeye's several times (my fiance has been dying to go). Saturday I did get a little liberal with the calories during dinner. To think, I ate like that just about every single night. Wow. I'm still looking for my 1 lbs weight loss to get me to 255. Once I get over that hump 240's will come soon enough.
I will also become more diligent with documenting my exercise. Although this is far from accurate, at least I can get some sense of how much I need to exercise to get my 2lb weight loss/week that i've been looking for. We'll see.
