well after 2 weeks and just gaining weight I have taken drastic measures,
it's the being home 24/7 after years of being a work Alcoholic, and always on the go doing something, to hitting the brick wall, not feeling good and pain a dead stop...
so I took a picture of one of my worst body parts, and put on my phone as a wall paper setting so that I have to look at it all the time... and not eat out of boredom or depression.
I know it sounds desperate. but it has actually worked today. I realize that I am not hungry and then realize I haven't moved around a whole lot either and find different tolerable tasks to do... or just plain stretches
now lets see if this plan works, why not? it will keep me honest and more in tune with how I really feel...
