Well after over eating a little over the weekend Im not getting weighed today as I KNOW it will trigger another binge! but I ve just done 20 minutes on the wii fit+ and have another 10 minutes to do but Im sitting down for a minute to get my breath! Im feeling good about myself with the new job and power walking to work (15 minutes )I feel healthier than ever! I can't wait for my holiday in two weeks! for a 10 day break to my little house in france~(well it's just a brick building with nothing in at the moment!lol
