Thank you very much everyone! It's nothing serious though so definitely don't worry! :) It's just stuff that's "occupying" my head too much lol. I'll almost definitely come back in full force in less than a week! :) It's great to know people like you! I'm around! ;) hugs to everyone!

We understand, Euheide. Monitoring my diet and exercise is 'work' for me. I cannot do it casually and it does take up real-estate in my head. I told my family before I got started in earnest that I would be focused on this. So, while you're away, continue to be positive and take care to consider what's going into your mouth even though you're not logging. You'll be so happy if you don't end up too far off plan!
