Well it is Sunday and I have just got back from my workout. I am not taking a day off these days....just doing something different each day so I don't over work the same areas. I do Cardio everyday and that is good, but I change up what I do and for how long.
I seem to have gotten to a place with food that is equaling out what I am doing. I am not sure I can go lower with the calories. I am going to try harder to hold the points line, but even with that I am not sure it will make a difference. So more exercise and activity might be the only answer.
I am pretty happy with what exercise is doing for my bod. I just need to lose some more weight.
