a musing....

Today and yesterday i very anally counted the calories of everything i ate, i didn't have a limit. I had decided to eat until i was full but weigh and count everything so i could see how much i was eating. The results were strange Yesterday was 653 calories and today is 457. Yesterday was a very full day with lots of running around and today was a bit slower, lots of time on the bed/sofa but also a gym workout. Also recently (as in the past few months) people have been noting how small portions i eat, like for example my friends will eat a whole pizza to be full but for me i can barely eat half even on an empty stomach and a big salad will fill me up and keep me full. So now i'm wondering what the frick!? Is it bad for me to only eat untill i'm full if thats lesss than 1000cals a day? I've always been taught at home to just eat untill i'm full even if that means i can't finish a meal.

What are your opinions? could i just have a small appetite?
