The same thing happened to me. My husband can drop weight quickly but he also puts it back on just as quick. I have found that I can't eat nuts or cereal if I want to lose. Take a look at your diet and figure out what you eat daily that may be slowing you down. I switched my breakfast from cereal to an apple dipped in peanut butter and that seems to have done the trick. I can't eat nuts at all without stopping my weightloss in its tracks. Just hang in there and stop and evaluate what may be the cause. Good luck!!
