This week was hard. I went out of town for several days, having to eat on the road, workout less due to time constraints, and had temptation in my face each and every dinner. I could have done much worse, however, as I turned down that baby shower cake covered in fondant, all the alcohol at the local pizza joint, and the high-calorie granola and bagels for breakfasts!
I WILL be back down to what I was by Wednesday, and I will be an even 139 by next Monday. I love a challenge!!
