TGIF!! Hoping that I can take a few moments this weekend and get myself into a better frame of mind - can feel myself drifting out of diet mode which is so frustrating because things have been going very well up to now - have no idea what is going on in my subconscious! The best that I can come up with is that I am not getting enough rest and that is sabotaging my routine. When I'm tired, I feel down and when I'm down, I have no desire to do anything!!
It was so great having my husband home last weekend and it's always hard when he leaves again - lots of things piling up against me.
Really helps to read all the positive things you guys are doing here - helps to motivate me. Hopefully I will do better today.

Take some time, maybe meditation and rest will help. Please don't get down, I know its hard but you can get pass this, you really can. We're here for you to push you whenever you need us to!
