Biggest Loser Challenge for the Wii is AWESOME!!! The first thing you do is take a fitness test to see what level of intensity you can handle. Then you can jump right into a workout routine which is switched up throughout the week so you are working the areas you want to and things that you need to be working on. You can track your calorie intake and other exercise that you do as well. You are a character on the screen as well. Based on what info you input into the system it shows you as you look (based on measurements etc). It's a real eye opener. You can customize your facial features and hair and all that. You can also pick your clothing, bet you can't guess what color shirt my character is wearing ;-) It's fun and the workout is really good! I was sweating and breathing pretty heavy by the end. If you have a Wii, I would say give this a try!!!
