I know how you feel. And I know it's really hard not to feel bad about it. So, give yourself time to mourn. 5 minutes. After that....go on and continue to kick some major butt! You can do it!
Like I said, I know how you feel. I gained 1.5 lbs since the last time I weighed in (on Saturday). I had been working out hard since last week, and worked out hard again on Monday, so I couldn't figure it out. I was really upset. Still am.....but we just gotta keep moving forward right? Hang in there! If you're working out hard, and you KNOW you're working hard....then don't beat yourself up too much. Or at least, try NOT to. :) I'll try to take my own advice too! :)
