Yesterday was walking out the door to the gym when son called from school - 1/2 later at the ortho for x-rays - luckily just a bone bruise. Ice and sling - no cast. Needless to say, no gym either! Only 7 days of school left! Inlaws arrive on Monday from U.K at same time that daughter is supposed to get cast off her foot so I need to get cloned before then. Kept to diet though and did my ab work - hoping gym today!
