Bleh so its 2:39am and i cant sleep becaused i managed to eff my sleeping pattern up (i also accidently spelt because like becakes just then so you can tell im tired and craving)

I had a terrible experience tonight :( i had to go and shop for some black trousers for work because i have a briefing i have to go to tomorrow so i go into ASDA (UK's Wal-Mart) and pick up a UKsize 16 (US14)pair of trousers depressing enough as it is but whatever, go into the changing room and do they fit do they F**K excuse my french so i had to go a size up and buy a pair of size 18UK(16US) i have never ever in my life had to have that size not even close its so depressing and looking at myself in the changing room mirror was a horrible reality check i look terrible i really really need to work on my body :(

also i have decided that because i love shopping but im poor and it has become quite a depressing process that i am going to set my self mini goals and once i reach them i will treat myself to something nice and new and hopfully a lot smaller!

goal 1 160lbs

goal 2 140lbs

so for every 20lbs i can have a new outfit to fit my new body!
