SelinaMinus60 Günlüğü, 01 Tem 09

so the last couple of days have been BAD for Selina fun but bad and today i am paying for it big time i have the biggest headache which im pretty sure is the result of a sugar hangover. last night me and my friend pigged out on sweets and chocolate and now i feel like crap! WW has gone out of the window it was fun while it lasted but i dont have the time or patience to plan my meals everyday.

however that is not the goal for this journal. inspired by lgatze i have decided to write up this months goals i have set for myself

**lose 5lbs!
** work out at least 4 times a week even though i will be tired from work
** pack lunches everyday
** NO SNACKS
** jog at least twice a week
** keep room and space clean (will make me feel better)
WORRY LESS!!

well, that's one way of getting rid of them. :/ It's great to have goals, and you've got some great ones! Today is a new day!

turns out its not a sugar hangover (i wish) its a great big effing migrane that still has not gone away and is making me very emotional and stressed and icky :( i feel like crying yuk!
