Eurgh today has been a bad day :( gained weight which I am hoping is just water weight *fingers crossed*

also when I'm ill i usually dont stick to diets because I get very picky with food and I get massive cravings for things, but today I ended up eating chocolate and crisps (something I haven't had in ages!) they felt good for about ten seconds and now I just feel really unwell again. I hate having flu it sucks. I know your meant to not eat so much when you have a fever and the flu and stuff but I get even hungrier than usual :(

anyone got any good food ideas or remedies for flu?? I am dying here :(

I usually get hungrier when I'm sick. I try to eat extra fruit and drink lots of water. I stick to healthy foods because I want to fuel myself with healthier stuff so hopefully I get well faster.

Light soups or broths are supposed to be good when you're sick, but I'm not expert. I hope you feel better soon!
