Changed my goal weight. I originally didn't want to put the actual goal because I thought seeing such a huge number to lose would discourage me, but I feel so good about my efforts, that I think it will only push me to try harder! 130lbs here I come!

That can work both ways, but as you say, you have done well lately and if you feel comfortable with it, then it is the RIGHT thing for you. I think most of us even when we set BIG goals still think in smaller increments like 2,5, or 10...which makes the journey seem so much MORE doable...Congrats on stopping smoking AND All of your weight loss...Have a very healthy Thursday :)

Yep me too Michaelsgirl515 Im heading there myself I haven't weighed yet since easter but I believe Im about 10 lbs from goal... so come on in the water is fine...lets head to 130;)

Terry, I agree that setting smaller mini goals is a great idea. I actually do that; I reward myself for every 10lbs. I just meant that I was afraid to admit what I REALLY wanted as a final goal weight because it seemed so daunting, and if I didn't put it on here than I wouldn't have to feel bad when I didn't reach it, but now I am not worried anymore...I can do it!
