I think I'll call today a success since I ate about 400 fewer calories than yesterday. Slowly getting back into the swing of things. Honestly, I was stalled for such a long time before that I think it is good to keep my calories higher for as long as I can keep losing weight. I will just have to accept the higher "starting" number.
