Well Ive been very busy this week hardly ate and didn't make time to record intake or journal. My hubby was out of town on business and my daughter and I were getting ready for graduation in 3 weeks. I have washed walls, woodwork, cleaned cabinets inside and out, Ive cleaned all windows inside and out Ive moved furniture, shampooed all rooms with carpet upstairs wash and wax all hard wood floors, scrubbed bathrooms, mulched yard and did some yard work and on and on and on lol Im just beginning the spring cleaning on our down stairs of the home but may have to extend into next week since it involves rec room, family room the bar etc. and the carpet will be in need to be cleaned in that entire area plus the steps.. lol So I weighed in and Im down at least 2 more lbs because well you know when your busy you just don't make that much time to sit down and eat. Im also losing more inches now and my clothes are becoming loose Yay!!! the 8s now are very loose on me. I do hope everyone is well and had a good week I missed you all of you very much.. a shout out to all my buddies I hope all is going great...hugs to all:)
