This is the one plan that works for me. I dropped 60 over a year in 2008 Nov.1 to July 2009. But dramatic family events over 4 years I gained 50 lbs back. After going through letting go, I am now ready to move forward. Food no longer dictates my life. I no longer obsess over food, or food choices. I follow what works for me. And it is working!

HCG, it is low carb, but is also a strict protocol. Not for the faint of heart. I like limited choices and not thinking about food. I have found which proteins work best for me even though I am allowed some fruits, I find they create stalls so I avoid them for now, I eat a variety of greens, low glucic veggies. Dr. Simeon protocol lists allowed foods. I use homeopathic hcg spray. It is special made. So eating only 500-800 calories I don't get hungry and inches drop when pounds don't. I have six more weeks before moving to P3 to stabilize where my calorie intake will tripple. But even then I will eat low carb. Zero simple carbs, they are my enemy.

Low glycemic not glucic. This phone has a mind of it's own.

Another day. Made some beat and male chips and came across an updated protocol. Very excited. Like having a slice of Ezekiel 4.9 bread on P2. Awesome. But I ate that the last time I did hcg a year ago. Forgot. But nice to get confirmation for this generation.
