today was another bad day :( ate a whole half a swiss roll :( now I feel really sick and horrible.

I really need to get myself in check and sort myself out. need to challenge myself i need to get working. Its so hard when i'm so tired at night after work i just don't want to excercise especially now i don't have my gym membership (my 6 week trial is up )

might try and start trying to do the Hell Week exercises again because i NEEED to get below 170!!!!! i need someone to come and kick me up the arse and get me moving! :P

I need the same thing. If you find someone, let me know!! There are lots of other ways to work out without a gym, weather permitting. Go for a run or walk outside! It might do you some good. Exercise right now is really important to help you relieve some of the stress it sounds like you are going through.

yeah but i really dont enjoy running outside i have a dodgy ankle and running on the concrete seems to make it a lot worse. going for a long walk sounds like a good idea though :)

At the beginning of my brother's weight loss he was walking 4 miles a day. He lost 50 lbs in like 2 months. He was much heavier though. But you can definitely see results just walking a few miles a day. Does your job schedule allow you time to walk during the week?

It doesn't really allow time. but i think i am going to try and go for a walk after work today. take my camera and take some nice photos
