Good Morning Beautiful People;
Can we say BRRRRR? It is a balmy 18 degrees and the ground is dusted right now. Luckily, Karma said no way to walking this morning.
This week has been a heck of a week. I slept over 12 hours Saturday into Sunday, then didn't sleep a wink Monday. And was into work by 530 Tuesday morning. Yesterday, I hit the treadmill hard. And will be again today. I was actually able to do a 10 incline for 5 minutes yesterday. First time in over 2 years. My legs are feeling it today. Today's workout will be gentler. Do not want to cause injury.
With the holidays upon us, work is chaos at its best. We have those corporate folks making their yearly walks. Plus the regular extra platter orders, etc. A lot of stress, which affects my diet in a major way. I don't binge eat, I just don't eat. Which isn't the best for me with the physical demands.
I have plateaued again with my weight. Which is ok, I do this. I am still staying in the 190 range. I will be doing a lot of cooking today. Meal prepping for the days ahead so I have quick grab items after work. Eating at work will be hit and miss with everything needing done. Quite a bit of Sweet Italian sausage, beef, and venison. Pairing it with potatoes, veggies, and I do a dish with herbed diced tomatoes and rice.
Will be a busy day prepping for the even busier days ahead.
