I am taking advantage of my DH going skiing for several weeks by bumping up my exercise as well:

Sunday - walk/jog and weighs (1 hr)
Monday - Zumba (1 hr)
Tuesday - walking outside (1 hr)
Wednesday - Zumba (40-45 min) + and walk/job (20 min)

Thing is, can I keep up at even half that pace next week?
