10 months, 25 days and now 4-10lbs away from goal, depending if I want to go to 165 or 160. I can't believe this journey. In all of it's ups and downs, I've finally gotten to this point! WOW! I can't believe it! Today was the end of the challenge at my gym. This is my third challege and I have learned so much. As I decide not to do another challenge with the gym, but must continue on this road, it's kind of scary not being accountable to that particular program, but must be and continue to be accountable to the person that matters most and that's myself. I know I can do things now that I never dreamt of. As my motto "This is a lifestyle, not a quick fix"
