I hit the gym pretty firm today after yesterday's Bon Courage wine tasting event (my friend's birthday treat). I remember the first time I failed on so many exercises despite being very supple after my stint in the hospital. I know by Friday I'm going to ache all over, but I'll take that over Crohn's pain any day. Stange how exercise helps with managing pain ... (that is if Mr debilitating fatigue is not around). These are just some of the things I have to get a grip of suffering from autoimmune. We're aiming for remission!
