Got 30 minutes of weights and 45 of cardio this am! Sore but happy. Yoga during lunch break and another 45 cardio planned this evening!
Food plan is good - not hungry and eating every two hours. Happy to be back at it and trying again. Sad that it is again and to have gained weight but determined to get it done this time.
