Lost 2.6 lbs, happy because I expected to gain weight, with ToM and all... I just hope I did not lose too much muscle because I did not exercise at all this week!
I also lost 2 cm (0.8 in.) from my waistline, which puts me back down to the maximum waist size a woman should be to decrease cardiovascular disease risk. Yesterday morning my blood pressure was fine (did not take a reading today). I have a doctor's appointment on Monday following blood test results -- let's hope everything is fine.
Zumba class at work is coming back on Mondays of June, I can't wait!
