I can't seem to stop gaining weight!

I cut refined sugar a bit, but I probably did not reduce my portions enough. I also have been eating too much starch, and not enough non-starchy vegetables. I also cannot stop eating nuts and dried fruit! I stopped the treadmill because it gets too hot inside, and the outside temperature is over 40 degrees (I guess around 100 in Fahrenheit) with the "humidex/feels like" factor.

I need to control my portions (difficult), eat more veggies (hard sometimes) and keep on drinking enough water (pretty easy), especially right now since it is my ToM. I should also stop eating out, but this will be a tough one since I am moving out next week and I won't be able to keep too much fresh meat and produce around.

You'll get through it :) its okay to have to take time to focus on other more urgent deadlines! Observe and see what works and what doesnt through this stressful time! It all comes in handy to making meaningful lasting change!
