1st day back on the weight loss road :o( 5years on since my last visit here and 20 lbs heavier. Still I had fun getting there but now it is time to take action! You know what you have to do Teri - less food, less drink and more exercise. Don't want to reach 60 (3 years time) and feel as if I have completely let myself go as it just isn't in my nature. Anyway I have always weighed less than my sister and it is getting close to not being the case - incentive or what! Love you Sis xxx
