ARG! I am going to start my weigh-ins in the morning time from now on. The fluctuations in the evenings tend to get me discouraged! Doing well and staying on track - even made it through the office holiday snack extravaganza!
Just need to be more patient! It will come off - slowly but surely - it has before, it will again! This site is so supportive (and addictive). lol
