I'm pretty sure I weigh exactly the same as the last time I wrote in here. I feel healthier as I've added running to my week and I'm training for a half marathon at the end of May. I also have gone back to a lot more water and green vegetables every day. At my last two weigh ins I asked to not see the scale and for the counselors to record the number without telling me. THIS HAS DONE WONDERS FOR MY SELF ESTEEM, because now I feel more and more that it's about how I'm feeling, not what I'm reading on the scale.
