I'll bet that if you cut out all the sodium you can for a couple of days (and no sugar, of course,) you'll be at or below 145 the next time you weigh. I couldn't believe how much water my body held onto when I first started watching my sodium intake. The first 2 days I drank 64 oz. of water and drastically lowered the salt, I was 5 lbs. lighter in 3 days. Maybe that would work for you. We're all pulling for you!!
