Not to sound to negative but I've packed on 4 pounds in just over a week...I know why and I will get back on phase 1. I have 3 weeks of stressful work in front of me (3 people out at work)...and I'm trying hard to image a peaceful and exciting work schedule..
I'm not going to torture myself by weighing in today, so I'll just wait a week or so.

I would say to focus on the public relations part of the new job during the next week. Phase 1 should keep you headed in the right direction on the health front. Good Luck!

your chart indicates that you are doing really well. if you know what did the weight increase then you'll know how to undo it when the time is right. don't let your work get you down :) stress eating is the worst :P

Thanks for the birthday wishes. And I totally hear ya on the stress and how it reaks havoc on a diet. Just try to plan your meals as best as possible and plan a treat everyday to help the stress. Plus if you plan it, your eating less and less likely to binge. You should also make some time for yourself, even if its a hot bath or a manicure. Good luck!!
