Hi Everyone

Well Went to doctor about panic attacks, when he examined me he said my heart was racing, so sent me for a cardiology reading Thank God it came back clear.
He told me stay out of college until Thursday if I'm want to go back or wait till next week.

In the surgery they had a weight loss program advertised. Called Community Weight Loss Challenge. Its only €45 for 12 weeks, which is brilliant, here in Ireland, weight watchers is €20 to join €10 a week,so this is great value. They will weigh and measure you each week, do a full body analysis and metabolism test. There will be nutritional advice and personal coach, also at end of 12 weeks there are prizes for the Biggest Loser. It seems to be more a social gather of people sharing ideas. So I'm joining tonight. Lucky I went Doc as tonight is the night to join for next 12 weeks.
