I must have put my weight in wrong last week. I wish I had loss 17 lb but I lost 11 lb. I was 19.8 now I'm 18.11. . I'm thrilled with that loss.
I joined the Community weight Loss Challenge, it was brilliant, its really a herballife gathering but also a food plan is available. I'm really into eating proper now. cant wait for next week.

I'm going to be really good at writing down everything also I'm going to try stick to 1200, calories, I had to eat an extra cereal bar today to make up the calories.

Went to bingo won €10 so paid for my night out, i got one glass of wine added diluted sugar free blackcurrant to it. like a sangria.
