I really want to lose weight. I use to model for my local school fashion shows, or being asked by photographers to take my picture. But now when i look at myself in the mirror i am disgusted. My stomach is popping out, my arms are flabby, my tights are big, my clothes don not fit as well as they used to. I get depressed and i do not want to go anywhere at all. It is hard though. Cause i have access to so many delicious fatty food.
but i am going to try harder everyday until i make it to my goal weight.
