Got myself raspberry ketones on Friday been taking them for 3 days now. I am noticing a difference already im not eating us much not been able to finish a meal, its helping me keep fuller for longer. also taking advance multivitamins and minerals and complete vitamin b complex not feeling as tired as I was.
