sjhdiet Günlüğü, 14 May 17

Currently eating around 500 calories a day to kick start diet. It's tough!.. only managing 4 glasses of water atm. Need to get up to 2 litres.

celery
2 boiled egg
beetroot
2 slices Turkey ham

that's really low I started at 1000 calories and lost 6 lbs my first week, I have now upped it to 1200 max a day. don't starve yourself and good luck

Yeah it's just for the first 10 days to reduce my appetite. Then I'll go up to 1000. I did have a better lunch because I had a long day at work. Thanks might steal recipes from you lol

It is still not a sensible or useful thing to do (it is tough because it isn't sensible or useful!) - think about it - all you need to do is reduce your appetite to the correct level, if you're going to be perfectly capable of going down to 500 then you're going to have been just as capable of being at 1000 for the first ten days (and won't have messed up your metabolism, left yourself lethargic, and most importantly ended up hating the whole darn idea). Please be sure - I am not saying you cannot do it - you probably can do it - but I am saying it is completely unhelpful to yourself to be trying to do it.

Thanks. All going well so far. Managed to add more to my calorie intake but still being careful
