Chicken fajitas are a good choice. You cal also look for anything grilled on the menu with veggies. I would limit the tortillas (fajitas to one or two). Use salsa because sour cream has a lot of calories unless you take a small amount. Peruse the menu. There should be something there for you or look up the menu before you go and choose what you will have. That can also help.
