DAy-3 Of Advocare.. Today is the last morning for my fiber drink!! :) I will continue those I think on day 8 not sure. I have to look at my schedule. Anyway, I weighed in..even though its on 3 days...I am glad to say that I lost 1 lb. :) Another good thing is I am wearing my old jeans today!! I could not even button them up last month!! :)
