MONDAY WORKOUT Done

spent the day cleaning my room and i can finally see the floor yaaay!
gained weight but i'm not suprised its lady times and i ate like crap at the weekend... its pancake day tomorrow which is exciting but im not going to go crazy :P and then after that its lent so im giving up sweets and chocolate untill easter yaay!!

an hour of cardio tomorrow think im going to head to the gym and split my time between the treadmill and the rowing machine :)

hey from your fellow hell weeker! I didn't do all the sets..nor all the types...but keep writing--I'll get inspired yet! Good luck tomm..I'm hoping to do my spinning class for an hour!

I blew it today with my diet!!! Did do my cardio tho..for what it's worth!! I'm feeling terrible right now...thought I'd come and unburden!

*huggggs* it's ok i blew it too with both my cardio and my eating *darn pancake day* but don't worry tomorrow will be better when you wake up in the morning take a big deep breath and tell yourself today i will eat well, i will do my workout, it will hurt but it will feel damn good! im going to have to catch up on my cardio from today tomorrow along with the workout ouch!
