Started using my fitbit a week ago and i think it is helping me its keeping me more motivated. im walking more getting an average of 1500 steps a day. going more workouts and going to the gym a couple of times a week. Taking today off can barely walk foot is so swollen and really sore and i have an appointent at the hospital today which im dreading will find out if they will operate on me, i have lost a total of 30lbs which i am chuffed about. things are looking up.
