How I lost weight from 135kg to 105 kg (297 pounds to 231 pounds)
• Stopped meat completely. Stopped taking breakfast
• Consequence was hunger, headache and weakness for two weeks. Increased my water intake to very high to feel full.
• After two weeks started missing lunch. Only eating Supper made of vegetables and grain foods
• By 3 weeks I stopped feeling too hungry and the head aches disappeared.
• At one month hunger disappeared body felt energetic (my interpretation was it started using body fat) my weight started dropping noticeably at 2 kg (4.4 pounds) per week. I was so energized.
• Maintained the diet and the weight kept coming off 4 months later I had lost 20 kg (44 pounds)
• I introduced bike riding as a new hobby and weight loss tool 40 km every Saturday and Sunday first it was hard but gradually in a month it was ok and ever becoming a norm.
• At this point I started eating small portion breakfast because I felt like I was losing weight too fast still skipped lunch and ate vegetable and grain supper my weight kept dropping.
• 6 months in I had lost 27kg (59.4 pounds) and since my goal was 30kg (66 pounds) I reintroduced very small portion meat in my diet and funny thing my stomach felt full at much smaller portions than before less than a quarter amount of food.
• Currently I stopped the diet but amazingly I can’t eat more than a quarter of what I ate before I started my weight is dropping at a very low rate it has not stopped dropping am loosing 1 kg (2 pounds) per month at 8 months in.
