weight loss a little less than expected. only 1 weight training session and 1 x 5k run. Mostly Rowing and cycling Was on leave for the week maintained diet but had two days off with no training. Doing the 5k without midweek runs was challenging but happy for my personal best of 32m25 (5k). Aim is to get to 103's by next weighin.
