Today was a really crappy day in regards to attitude/emotionally/psychologically, yet I didn't devour ANY of the crap food that was brought into the house. Instead I went and got some Fling bars & 100 calorie Snickers & Reese's bars, & allowed myself to have my greek style feta dressing rather then balsamic vinegar. Only worked out for 35 mins on the elliptical today, 2.32 mi 359 cals burned & max HR of 193. Left early to get reading done for school which didn't end up happening so now I end up w/ a double loss. The cherry on top, I'm not riding my bike to campus b/c it's supposed to rain tomorrow & I'm trying to get rid of the cough I ended up w/ from riding in the rain last week. B/c of that I'm gonna have to push through my homework tomorrow & get my but in the gym. Something tells me this may end up being an "off" week. I just hope I can stick to my calorie/food intake, at the very least. My 1 week weigh-in is in the morning. I won't be happy if I don't go down another pound from today but I won't be terrible upset considering I've lost 5lbs already. Oye, and I need to get on my sit-ups. Didn't even get to do the initial test. Lots to do tomorrow.
