Well it's official! I am pregnant! Only 3 weeks along and 1st try worked! We are so thrilled! I have my body in the best physical and mental shape of my life and I am looking forward to a healthy pregnancy. This should be interesting to say the least!

Thats exactly what I am trying to do. I want to get pregnant in the summer and want to lose this weight I have before I get pregnant. Good luck.

Congratulations! How will that affect your diet? I'm thinking of starting to try in August and am wondering how much more I'll be required to eat.

I will have to increase it to I think 2100. I think from what I have read it is supposed to be 1800 for me and 300 for the baby. I am at 1300-1400 right now, but I think it is more about making right good healthy choices and staying fit! You can do it ladies!

Interesting. I know, I am so surprised how many calories you eat and how much weight you lose and maintain. According to WW, I'm supposed to have like 19 points a day and that's about 900 calories a day. It almost doesn't seem healthy ...

The FDA doesn't recommend ever going below 1000 calories a day. I know nothing about weight watchers personally. I used to stay between 1100-1200, but I plateaued back in December so I had to adjust my calorie intake to 1300-1400 and up my exercise from 1 hour a day to 1 hour 15 minutes a day. It has worked excellent for me. Others in my challenge are also doing well with it!
