okay so this week (sunday) i decided that i was going to challenge my self with 30 days continuous effort. that is 30 days working out for 1 hour every day. eating very few carbs and only one sweet.
it is day 3. today it was HARD to get in that hour, but the good thing is that when you are at the park and you walk away from your car, you have to walk to get back to it. :-)
I've done great with the eating these 3 days and great with the work out these 3 days. here's to keeping it up.
